The Eagle Promise - Free Degree Program is open to Spring 2024 high school graduates. Applicants must be able to start semester credit hour classes in the Fall semester after high school graduation. They must be willing to enroll with no less than 9 semester hours per term (as of OE date) - no minimum for summer. They must also complete an eligible certificate or degree program within 3-5 years at HCC, without a break in fall or spring enrollment.
