1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
The Clyde D. Govan Scholarship was established in 1990 by Mrs. Govan, a Horry County resident who wished to provide funds for educational opportunities for those who had severe financial need. Students must be enrolled in an associate degree program.
