1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
Conklin Scholarship requirements: You are a June 2023 graduate from a New York state-approved high school in Dutchess County, NY (or a high school designated by New York for Dutchess County residents) and are a Dutchess County resident; Your rank, as calculated by your high school, is in the top 10 of your graduating class. Your grade-point average must be calculated on the basis of your high school performance through the 12th grade, mid-year point; You are prepared for, and advised into college-level Math and English based on placement test results, review of high school transcript and/or SAT/ACT results; You attend Dutchess Community College as a full-time student in the fall semester and all subsequent semesters. This scholarship is limited to the four consecutive semesters following high school graduation. Fees, summer sessions and books are not included.
