1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
The Morris L. Lichtenstein Jr. Endowed Scholarship is open to incoming freshmen students admitted to the University. Incoming Freshmen ApplyTexas admission applications submitted by February 1 will serve as scholarship applications for the Lichtenstein Scholarship.
