1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
The Richard K. Leffingwell Scholarship is open to those who have a course of study within the fields of business, economics, or other disciplines that will serve the applicant in achieving goals relating to nonprofit or public service. Students must have demonstrated an interest in and aspire to a career in nonprofit or public service. They must be currently enrolled as full-time equivalent upper division or graduate students at a California State University campus and must remain full-time equivalent students during the scholarship period. A student who is a military veteran, meets the criteria, and is otherwise equal to others in qualifications, will receive favorable consideration. Students must contact the financial aid department at their campus for the spring application and deadline. Applicants submitted by the campus financial aid office to the CSU Foundation must complete the personal statement and supplemental question.
