1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
The Council of Building and Construction Trades Scholarship was established by the Building and Construction Trades Council of Orange County, AFL-CIO. First preference is given to students who are members or whose immediate family are members, active or retired, of a labor union affiliated with the donor. This scholarship is available to continuing full-time students with or without union affiliation. Recipients are selected based on their scholastic achievement and financial need.
