1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
The Recognition of Scholastic Excellence (ROSE) Merit Scholarship recognizes academic achievement, leadership, and diversity. This scholarship covers the student's overall cost of attendance. Students must have a 4.00+ recalculated high school GPA, be in an underrepresented BSU community as determined by the scholarship committee, be enrolled with full-time status, and not a recipient of the Tsongas or Presidential Scholarship.
