1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
The Edmund F. Boettcher Vocal Scholarship is awarded by the Dean of the College of Fine Arts to music majors who are pursuing vocal studies as their major area of applied music. Students must demonstrate financial need by completing the FAFSA. Students may contact the College of Fine Arts for more information and inquiries about the application.
