1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
The WVU Dependent Education Scholarship is open to dependent children of benefits-eligible employees under age 26 who are enrolled as full-time, degree-seeking undergraduate students at WVU campuses and WVU Online. Students must be certified as a dependent by health insurance plan guidelines, except court-appointed legal guardianships. If the dependent is not enrolled on the employee's health insurance, he/she will be asked to submit documentation to verify eligibility during the application process.
