The Osher Reentry Scholarship Program aims to support non-traditional students who are re-entering college with tuition and fee expenses. Re-entry students are defined as those who have experienced a cumulative interruption in their education of five or more years and want to resume their undergraduate studies to complete their first baccalaureate degree. The scholarship is intended to benefit students who have considerable years of employment ahead of them. Applicants must be newly matriculating as a freshman, returning to or transferring to West Virginia University at an undergraduate level, and pursuing a first baccalaureate degree.
