Army ROTC offers four-, three- and two-year scholarships that pay full tuition costs plus an annual stipend for books and supplies. Each scholarship includes a stipend of $420 per month for 10 months per year, during each year that the scholarship is in effect. Additionally, USF currently provides room and board grants for ROTC scholarship cadets earning their degrees at USF.
