The Wayne L. Paulson Scholarship is open to a Civil & Environmental Engineering student with an interest in environmental studies and in pursuing a career in the Environmental Engineering profession. Additional selection considerations include quality of academic performance, participation in extracurricular activities, and interests in community service and public programs to enhance environmental quality.
