The Wayne L. Paulson Scholarship is open to a Civil & Environmental Engineering student with an interest in environmental studies and in pursuing a career in the Environmental Engineering profession. Quality of academic performance, participation in extracurricular activities, and interests in community service and public programs to enhance environmental quality are also considered in selecting the recipients of this award.
