1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
The Delphian Endowment Scholarship is awarded to students based on merit, character, and financial need. It is only available for the fall and spring semesters, up to eight semesters or graduation, whichever comes first. Students will be considered without regard to gender, age, religion, race, or ethnic origin, but must be a citizen or permanent resident of the United States. Qualifying applicants must be classified as undergraduate sophomores, juniors, or seniors, have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 from all colleges attended as well as maintain full-time enrollment (12 credit hours) each semester. The applicants must submit an official University of Houston transcript and/or transcripts from any previously attended university or college with the application.
