1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
The Finley Academic Excellence Scholarship is available to new resident freshmen and transfer students. This scholarship is awarded based on the student's application for admission to the Corvallis or Bend campuses. Freshman recipients must have an unweighted high school GPA of 3.50 or higher, and priority consideration is given to students who submit their application for admission on or before February 1st. Transfer recipients must have a cumulative transfer GPA of 3.75 or higher, and priority consideration is given to students who submit their application for admission on or before March 15th.
