1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
All 2023-2024 in-state freshmen who apply for admission are considered for the cash and tuition scholarships once they are certified as Academic Scholars by the Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education (OSRHE). The minimum criteria to qualify for the Academic Scholars Program as an Automatic Qualifier is scoring at or above the 99.5 percentile on the ACT or SAT. For Fall 2023, the required total ACT skill area sum score is 137 or SAT critical reading and math skill area sum score of 1520. The tuition scholarship may be used in undergraduate and graduate school but cannot be guaranteed for students in the OSU Center for Health Sciences or the OSU College of Veterinary Medicine (CHS and CVM students may request tuition scholarship from those colleges).
