1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
Oklahoma's Promise is a state scholarship program for registered participants that covers tuition at OSU. Cowboy Covenant is a four-year cash award funded by OSU. This scholarship is available to high school students who are Oklahoma's Promise recipients and are fully admitted or alternatively admitted to OSU. Once the students graduate from high school, complete the curricular and conduct requirements for the program, and meet the secondary income requirement, they will receive funding from Oklahoma's Promise to cover the cost of tuition at OSU. And OSU will offer them a Cowboy Covenant award of $1,000 each year for the first four years they receive Oklahoma's Promise. Please visit the scholarship's website for more information.
