The STAR Scholarship is available to incoming STAR Scholar transfer students from City Colleges of Chicago. Transfer students who meet the criteria for the STAR Scholarship will be automatically considered for this award. Students must complete an Associate of Arts or Science at City Colleges of Chicago. Eligible schools are Harold Washington College, Harry S Truman College, Kennedy-King College, Malcolm X College, Olive-Harvey College, Richard J. Daley College, and Wilbur Wright College.
