The Foundation in Excellence Scholarship is available to in-state freshmen students. There are two criteria available for this scholarship. Students must meet any of those to be eligible. The first requires the students to have 29 ACT or 1330-1350 SAT scores and a GPA of 3.50 or higher. The second one requires the students to have a 30-36 ACT or 1360-1600 SAT scores and a GPA of 3.00-3.49.
