The Brown & Gold Out of State Scholarship is awarded to eligible out-of-state students enrolled full-time during the fall semester. Individual award amounts are determined at the discretion of Rowan University's Office of Admissions based on the overall academic qualifications of the student, the competitiveness of the applicant pool, and available funding. Students must have a permanent residence outside of the State of New Jersey. Freshman applicants may receive this scholarship for up to four (4) academic years, while eligible transfer applicants may receive this scholarship for up to two (2) academic years.
