1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
The Rowan University Scholars Program is open to first time students who will be enrolled full time during the fall semester of their freshman year at Rowan. Individual award amounts are determined at the discretion of Rowan University's Division of Student Affairs based on the overall academic qualifications of the student, the competitiveness of the applicant pool and available funding. The scholarship can not be applied to summer or winter sessions, can not be distributed over a different time period, and can not be applied to graduate or medical school.
