1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
The Robert Bellarmine and Ignation Scholarship Programs are awarded to selected GU undergraduates who demonstrate financial need for scholarship assistance. Candidates for these scholarships are nominated by the GU Office of Undergraduate Admissions based on their exceptionally distinguished high school records. The Bellarmine scholarships are available to students nominated by their Jesuit high school who ranked first in their graduating class. On the other hand, Ignatian Scholarships are offered to selected eligible students nominated by their Jesuit high school, from the pool of students who ranked in the top 5 percent of their graduating class and who represent the Ignatian ideals in their personal accomplishments. If no financial need is demonstrated by a nominee as an entering freshman, the nominee is designated an honorary" Bellarmine or Ignatian Scholar and receives an honorary one-year non-renewable $1,000 Bellarmine or Ignatian Scholarship award.
