The Panther Alumni Awards provide $2,000 every year to children or siblings of Chapman alumni. Students must be admitted to and enrolled in a Chapman University undergraduate degree program. Eligibility is not retroactive and begins the first term the student becomes eligible or submits the application, whichever is later. For students admitted as freshmen, this scholarship is available for up to eight semesters. For students admitted as transfers, this scholarship is available for up to eight semesters less the number of full-time equivalent semesters already attended at another college or university. The number of full-time equivalent semesters previously attended is calculated by dividing the number of transfer credits by 15 and rounding down to the nearest whole number.
