The Regents' Scholars Program is designed to assist first-generation college students in achieving their educational goals at Texas A&M University. Students must be admitted as freshmen to Texas A&M University College Station, including the McAllen Higher Education Center, Engineering Academy at Blinn Bryan, or Engineering Academy at Galveston. They must be from a family with a total income of less than $40,000 per year as verified through the FAFSA. Recipients must be living on campus their entire first year for students at the College Station and Galveston campus unless a special circumstance housing appeal is approved.
