1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
The Colonel Ernest L. Morton, Jr. Endowed Scholarship is open to students enrolled in an undergraduate degree program in The College of Liberal Arts and Sciences. The recipient must be a U.S. Military Veteran with preference to students who are Army Veterans.
