The Julia Rosengren Endowed Fund is open to undergraduate or graduate students at the University of Central Florida with a minimum 2.5 GPA. Students must be admitted into the Summer Study Abroad for Russian. Preference will be given to students who have declared a Minor in Russian. Preference will also be given to undergraduate students continuing to study Russian at the Intermediate level (3rd and 4th semester). Students must submit two letters of recommendation.
