1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
The Dr. Linda B. Akanbi Annual Scholarship for Education Majors is open to students enrolled in the Bagwell College of Education pursuing a BS in Education. Applicants must be a members of organizations such as the Alpha Kappa Alpha sorority or Black Teachers Matter student organization, whose missions seek to advance the needs of populations historically underrepresented in education preparatory programs.
