1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
The Prince E. and Ruth E. Smith Endowed Scholarship Fund aims to support students who are majoring in agricultural education. If no such applicant is available, other departments in the College of Agriculture shall be considered. Students must be residents of Vance or Pitt Counties.
