1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
The Smith-Allen Scholarship was established by two former graduates in agricultural economics, Joyce Allen and Kelvin Smith. This scholarship is open to incoming freshman or a continuing student in agricultural economics who has at least a 3.0 grade point average. The Department Chairperson selects the recipient from the eligible undergraduate students in agricultural economics.
