Howard University Freshman Scholarships is available to incoming freshman. The HUFS award criteria for incoming freshman may change every year. No internal application needed. Eligibility for merit-based awards is determined based on students' SAT/ACT score/high school GPA that are entered into our system by the Office of Admissions.
