1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
The Laverne Noyes Scholarship is open to students who are blood descendants of a veteran of World War I. The World War I veteran must be enlisted prior to May 11, 1918, or if enlistment is later, the veteran must have served overseas prior to Nov. 11,1918. The entering freshmen must be in the top 25 percent of high school graduating class, while current TTU students must have a minimum 2.5 GPA.
