The Betty M. Moulder Elementary Education Scholarship Fund provides scholarships to seniors graduating from Twin Valley High School who will further their education after high school at a four-year college or university to major in elementary education (typically kindergarten through fifth/sixth grades), or early childhood education (typically birth through 3rd grade). Preference will be given to a student studying elementary education; however, all applicants who meet the criteria are encouraged to apply.
