The Battle of the Badges Scholarship Fund will support one or more scholarships for graduating high school seniors who are children of active police officers or firefighters serving in the City of Reading or who are children of retired or deceased police officers or firefighters who served in the City of Reading. Preference will be given to children of active police officers or firefighters. The recipients will be good citizens in their school and in their community and receive above-average grades in school.
