1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
The Certificate Program AWF Legacy Scholarships will be awarded to those who must be high school graduates or GED and must be currently enrolled in or accepted into an accredited certificate granting institution. Applicants must be a woman who has served or is serving honorably in the U.S. Army, U.S. Army Reserve, or Army National Guard, or the lineal descendant of a woman who has served or is serving honorably in the U.S. Army, U.S. Army Reserve, or Army National Guard. Eligibility requirements are non-negotiable, and appropriate evidence of Army service, such as DD214, discharge papers, letter from commander, etc., must be provided. Two letters of recommendation are required. Letters should be from an individual who can readily attest to the applicant's talents and/or military service, community service, etc. One letter of recommendation must be from a school advisor, counselor, dean of students, professor, etc. Please visit the scholarship's website or contact the Army Women's Foundation for more information.
