1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
The NSHSS Visual Arts Scholarship will be awarded to rising NSHSS high school members graduating in 2025, 2026, or 2027; or recently graduated 2024 seniors. Three $2,000 awards will be given for photography; and three $2,000 awards will be given for painting, drawing, mixed media, or digital art. Examples of artwork for this category include painting, drawing, ceramics, glass, sculpture, mixed media, printmaking, and weaving. Applicants must submit the title and description of their submission and an educator recommendation. It is optional but students may also submit pictures, videos, or media showing their leadership in action. All work must be the student's original work. Students are welcome to apply for both categories, but only one piece of artwork should be chosen for each category. Students are only eligible to win one NSHSS Scholarship per academic year.
