1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
The Betty Dickson Health Policy Award will be awarded to help RNs attend a national health policy meeting or conference. MNF will reimburse, after all receipts have been received, for airline accommodations, if needed, hotel accommodations, conference cost, food, and gratuity. The recipient is expected to make a related presentation at a designated MNA conference within the year following the award. Applicants must have full, unrestricted license to practice as a RN in Mississippi, be a member of MNA, and have recent, active involvement in a professional nursing organization at the local, state, or national level. Recipients are selected based on expressed and demonstrated commitment to health policy, leadership, professional involvement, and long term career related to health policy.
