1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
The Weil Family Foundation Scholarship - Preuss will be awarded to current graduating seniors or students who have already graduated from The Preuss School, UCSD who plan to enroll at an institution in the United States in fall. Applicants must be involved in the community through their participation in extra-curricular or religious activities, or volunteer or work experience. A letter of recommendation from someone who knows the applicant from an academic perspective is required, in addition to the scholarship application. Scholars are required to identify a personal mentor by November 1st of their freshman college year. This mentor is ideally an upperclassman from a background similar to the applicant.
