The Timothy S. and Debra L. Mills Scholarship will be awarded to graduating high school seniors who have attended El Cajon Valley High School for at least three out of the four years of high school. Students must plan to enroll at an accredited four-year undergraduate university in the United States in fall. Applicants must have a record of community service and have participated in extracurricular activities.
