1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
The Santaluz Club Employee Scholarship may be awarded to students who have been employed by Santaluz Club for at least one year, working a minimum of 750 hours in their first year and each subsequent calendar year. They must be performing at club standard on their annual performance review and must remain so for the duration of the scholarship award. This scholarship may also be awarded to children and spouses of employees who have met the aforementioned service requirements. Applicants must be graduating seniors from an accredited high school, and a current college student or planning to attend college or graduate school in the United States in fall. High school seniors applying for a scholarship must earn their high school diploma to receive benefits. A letter from the Human Resources department verifying the applicant or applicant's parent employment at The Santaluz Club is required. The letter must indicate the employee worked a minimum of 750 hours in their first year of employment, or any subsequent calendar year.
