The Ruth E. Jenkins Scholarship will be awarded to graduating high school seniors who plan to enroll at an accredited four-year university in San Diego County or a historically African-American college or university in the United States in fall. Students must have a commitment to serving their communities through extra-curricular activities, work, church, or community service.
