1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
The Rancho Bernardo/Smith Scholarship will be awarded to graduating seniors at Rancho Bernardo High School. Students must have a demonstrated commitment to the Rancho Bernardo community through their involvement in extracurricular activities, community service, sports, or work experience. Special consideration will be given to applicants who have lost one or both parents while in high school.
