1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
The Norman and Jean Persons Scholarship may be awarded to active or retired marine corps personnel or graduating high school seniors whose parent(s) is active or retired marine corps; and/or young adults in San Diego County (to age 25) who are or had been in the foster care system. Preference will be given to students attending an institution in the United States full-time. Applicants must have a high school diploma or GED if they are not a current high school senior.
