1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
The Napoleon A. Jones, III Memorial Scholarship will be awarded to graduating high school seniors residing within the zip codes of 92113, 92114, and 92115; or graduating seniors at Crawford, Morse, Lincoln, Hoover, San Diego High (in downtown San Diego only) and the School for the Creative and Performing Arts. They must be planning to enroll at an accredited four-year university in the United States in fall. Students must be engaged in serving their community as demonstrated by their involvement in extra-curricular, work, church or volunteer activities.
