The Jacob Hanna, Sr. Scholarship will be awarded to graduating seniors at Gompers Preparatory Academy, Preuss School, UCSD or San Diego High School. Students must plan to enroll at an accredited public or private four-year university in the United States in the Fall. Preference may be given to students who plan to attend college in San Diego County or California. They must plan to pursue a degree in the life sciences, such as biology, chemistry, physiology, ecology, etc. Special consideration may be given to students who have participated in extracurricular activities, community service. or have work experience.
