The Glen Takahashi Memorial Scholarship will be awarded to graduating high school seniors participating in a school-based wrestling program in the San Diego CIF Section (California Interscholastic Federation) for a minimum of three years. Preference may be given to students with a demonstrated financial need. Applicants must submit a letter of recommendation from their high school wrestling coach verifying their participation in San Diego CIF wrestling for a minimum of three years.
