1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
The Francola Fund for Education Scholarship will be awarded to graduating high school seniors or currently enrolled college or graduate students who plan to enroll at an accredited four-year college or community college in San Diego. No for-profit schools, colleges, or universities. Applicants must identify as female. Applicants must also have a passion for global and local activism (as evidenced by community service and school activities) and will major in international relations, public policy, social innovation, political science, philanthropy, peace studies (including human rights, conflict resolution, mediation, peace building, education, non-governmental organizations, and not-for-profit agencies) or a related field. Applicants must have a demonstrated financial need, as demonstrated by an annual family income under $80,000.
