1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
The Albert W. and Mildred Hubbard Scholarship will be awarded to students who reside in Escondido, CA or Valley Center, CA at the time of their application. Applicants may be graduating seniors attending or former graduates who attended a high school in Escondido, CA (including San Pasqual Academy in Escondido, CA) or Valley Center, CA that have attended such high school for 4 years; or be graduating seniors from a private high school or community college students who have lived in Escondido or Valley Center for the 4-year period prior to graduation. Applicants must have a demonstrated potential to achieve a successful academic experience leading to a bachelor's degree at the college the applicant is planning to attend.
