1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
The St. Andrews Society Scholarship is for graduating seniors in Oregon or Clark County, WA to enroll at an institution of higher education anywhere in the United States. Applicants must meet one of the following: (a) be born in Scotland, (b) have a parent or grandparent who was born in Scotland, or (c) have demonstrated a significant commitment to Scottish dancing, piping, drumming, Celtic harp or Highland fiddle. The scholarship may be renewed for up to four years. Two letters of recommendation are required for submission. Please visit the scholarship's website for more information.
