The Oregon College Savings Plan's Diversity in Leadership Scholarship aims to support underrepresented and diverse students in pursuing higher education in Oregon. Applicants must graduate or graduating senior of an Oregon high school or high school equivalent, and must attend a public or private institution of higher education in Oregon, including community college, trade school, or a qualifying apprenticeship program through a Title-IV eligible Oregon school. If a recipient is interested in a career in public policy, public finance or a related field, an interview for the Straub Fellowship will be offered during the junior and senior years.
