1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
The Edna E. Harrell Community Children's Fund of Oregon Community Foundation was established in 2014 to support programs for youth whose families do not have the financial resources for children's programs and activities. This fund should help broaden life experience for children by supporting programs that provide enrichment activities such as summer camps, after-school programs, arts programs, church programs, athletic programs, and activities provided by schools to residents of Baker County and North Powder.
