1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
The Darlene Hooley Scholarship for Oregon Veterans aims to support students who served during the Global War on Terror, with a preference for Oregon Guard and Oregon Reserves who have served and been deployed overseas since 9/11. Applicants must attend a public or accredited private institution of higher education in the United States, including community college. Renewal is possible for up to six years.
